Глава 24

1 Во время царствования Иоакима Навуходоносор, вавилонский царь, пришёл в Иудейскую страну. Иоаким служил Навуходоносору три года, а потом Иоаким восстал и отделился от него.

2 Господь посылал отряды халдеев, сирийцев, моавитян и аммонитян воевать с Иоакимом, чтобы уничтожить Иудею. Всё произошло так, как говорил Господь через своих слуг, пророков.

3 Это случилось с Иудеей по воле Господа, чтобы изгнать её с этой земли. Он сделал это за грехи, которые совершил Манассия.

4 Господь сделал это за то, что Манассия убил много невинных людей. Манассия наполнил Иерусалим их кровью, и Господь не простил этого.

12 Иехония, иудейский царь, вышел встретить вавилонского царя. Вместе с ним вышли его мать, слуги, начальники и чиновники. Тогда вавилонский царь захватил Иехонию. Это случилось в восьмой год правления Навуходоносора.

13 Навуходоносор вывез из Иерусалима все сокровища царского дворца и храма Господа. Он разрубил всю золотую посуду, которую Соломон, израильский царь, поставил в храме Господа. Всё произошло именно так, как предрёк Господь.

14 Навуходоносор взял в плен всех жителей Иерусалима, а также всех вождей и других важных людей. Общее число захваченных было десять тысяч человек, включая всех строителей и опытных работников. Не осталось никого, кроме самых бедных из простого народа.

15 Навуходоносор пленил Иехонию и отправил его в Вавилон. Он также увёл в Вавилон мать царя, его жён, чиновников и важных людей той земли. Он отвёл их всех пленниками из Иерусалима в Вавилон.

16 Навуходоносор захватил семь тысяч воинов и тысячу ремесленников и строителей. Все эти люди были опытными воинами, хорошо подготовленными к войне. Вавилонский царь взял их всех в плен и отвёл в Вавилон.

17 Навуходоносор сделал новым царём Матфанию, дядю Иехонии. Он изменил его имя на Седекию.

18 Седекии был двадцать один год, когда он стал новым царём Иудеи. Он правил в Иерусалиме на протяжении одиннадцати лет. Его мать звали Хамуталь, она была дочерью Иеремии из Ливны.

19 Седекия, как и Иоаким, делал то, что Господь считал злом.

20 Господь так разгневался на Иерусалим и Иудею, что отверг их от Себя. Навуходоносор заканчивает правление Седекии Седекия восстал против вавилонского царя.

Chapter 24

1 In his days3117 Nebuchadnezzar5019 king4428 of Babylon894 came up,5927 and Jehoiakim3079 became1961 his servant5650 three7969 years:8141 then he turned7725 and rebelled4775 against him.

2 And the LORD3068 sent7971 against him853 bands1416 of the Chaldees,3778 and bands1416 of the Syrians,758 and bands1416 of the Moabites,4124 and bands1416 of the children1121 of Ammon,5983 and sent7971 them against Judah3063 to destroy6 it, according to the word1697 of the LORD,3068 which834 he spoke1696 by3027 his servants5650 the prophets.5030

3 Surely389 at5921 the commandment6310 of the LORD3068 came1961 this upon Judah,3063 to remove5493 them out of4480 5921 his sight,6440 for the sins2403 of Manasseh,4519 according to all3605 that834 he did;6213

4 And also1571 for the innocent5355 blood1818 that834 he shed:8210 for he filled4390 853 Jerusalem3389 with innocent5355 blood;1818 which the LORD3068 would14 not3808 pardon.5545

5 Now the rest3499 of the acts1697 of Jehoiakim,3079 and all3605 that834 he did,6213 are they1992 not3808 written3789 in5921 the book5612 of the chronicles1697 3117 of the kings4428 of Judah?3063

6 So Jehoiakim3079 slept7901 with5973 his fathers:1 and Jehoiachin3078 his son1121 reigned4427 in his stead.8478

7 And the king4428 of Egypt4714 came3318 not3808 again3254 any more5750 out of his land:4480 776 for3588 the king4428 of Babylon894 had taken3947 from the river4480 5104 of Egypt4714 unto5704 the river4480 5158 Euphrates6578 all3605 that834 pertained1961 to the king4428 of Egypt.4714

8 Jehoiachin3078 was eighteen8083 6240 years8141 old1121 when he began to reign,4427 and he reigned4427 in Jerusalem3389 three7969 months.2320 And his mother's517 name8034 was Nehushta,5179 the daughter1323 of Elnathan494 of Jerusalem.4480 3389

9 And he did6213 that which was evil7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD,3068 according to all3605 that834 his father1 had done.6213

10 At that1931 time6256 the servants5650 of Nebuchadnezzar5019 king4428 of Babylon894 came up5927 against Jerusalem,3389 and the city5892 was besieged.935 4692

11 And Nebuchadnezzar5019 king4428 of Babylon894 came935 against5921 the city,5892 and his servants5650 did besiege6696 5921 it.

12 And Jehoiachin3078 the king4428 of Judah3063 went out3318 to5921 the king4428 of Babylon,894 he,1931 and his mother,517 and his servants,5650 and his princes,8269 and his officers:5631 and the king4428 of Babylon894 took3947 him in the eighth8083 year8141 of his reign.4427

13 And he carried out3318 thence4480 8033 853 all3605 the treasures214 of the house1004 of the LORD,3068 and the treasures214 of the king's4428 house,1004 and cut in pieces7112 853 all3605 the vessels3627 of gold2091 which834 Solomon8010 king4428 of Israel3478 had made6213 in the temple1964 of the LORD,3068 as834 the LORD3068 had said.1696

14 And he carried away1540 853 all3605 Jerusalem,3389 and all3605 the princes,8269 and all3605 the mighty men1368 of valor,2428 even ten6235 thousand505 captives,1540 and all3605 the craftsmen2796 and smiths:4525 none3808 remained,7604 save2108 the poorest sort1803 of the people5971 of the land.776

15 And he carried away1540 853 Jehoiachin3078 to Babylon,894 and the king's4428 mother,517 and the king's4428 wives,802 and his officers,5631 and the mighty352 of the land,776 those carried1980 he into captivity1473 from Jerusalem4480 3389 to Babylon.894

16 And all3605 the men376 of might,2428 even seven7651 thousand,505 and craftsmen2796 and smiths4525 a thousand,505 all3605 that were strong1368 and apt6213 for war,4421 even them the king4428 of Babylon894 brought935 captive1473 to Babylon.894

17 And the king4428 of Babylon894 made4427 853 Mattaniah4983 his father's brother1730 king4427 in his stead,8478 and changed5437 853 his name8034 to Zedekiah.6667

18 Zedekiah6667 was twenty6242 and one259 years8141 old1121 when he began to reign,4427 and he reigned4427 eleven259 6240 years8141 in Jerusalem.3389 And his mother's517 name8034 was Hamutal,2537 the daughter1323 of Jeremiah3414 of Libnah.4480 3841

19 And he did6213 that which was evil7451 in the sight5869 of the LORD,3068 according to all3605 that834 Jehoiakim3079 had done.6213

20 For3588 through5921 the anger639 of the LORD3068 it came to pass1961 in Jerusalem3389 and Judah,3063 until5704 he had cast them out7993 853 from4480 5921 his presence,6440 that Zedekiah6667 rebelled4775 against the king4428 of Babylon.894
